Keramicko-hybridní radiální ložisko určené především pro náboje, lze jej také využít jako ložisko čepu zadní stavby (doporučena verze MAX). Ložisko má hluboké dráhy z vysoce uhlíkové chromové oceli 52100. Kuličky ze Si3N4 keramiky (třída 5) eliminují kontakt ocel-ocel a zajišťují vyšší životnost i nižší opotřebení. Těsnění typu LLB (dvojité labyrintové) chrání vnitřek ložiska před nečistotami a vlhkostí, 90% plnění mazivem Mobilux NGLI 2 pak zaručuje odolnost vůči vodě a dlouhou životnost.

CH 6800 LLB - Ceramic Hybrid, ABEC-5, Radial Bearing (C3 Clearance) - 10mm x 19mm x 5mm This ABEC-5, Ceramic-hybrid bearing features deep-groove design 52100 High-Carbon Chromium alloy races, with grade 5 Silicon-Nitride Ceramic balls, dual-lip labyrinth (LLB) seals to withstand the outside elements, and to contain the 90% fill Mobilux NGLI 2 high pressure water proof synthetic grease. Si3N4 ceramic balls reduce bearing wear and increase bearing life by eliminating steel on steel contact within the bearing. This bearing is generally used as a hub bearing, and can also be used as a pivot bearing though the MAX-type version of this bearing is better suited for suspension use. This ABEC-5 bearing features deep-groove design races, with Grade 5 balls, LLB seals and 90% fill with high pressure water proof grease to withstand daily abuse of use and the elements. The Enduro line of bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating a full labyrinth to provide superior protection against the elements.
