Enduro S6802 LLB – radiální ložisko z nerezové oceli

Ložisko S6802 LLB se používá především v nábojích, středových složeních se čtyřhranem a pedálech, ale lze jej využít i jako čepové ložisko (doporučena verze MAX). Ložisko má kroužky z nerezové oceli 440C a kuličky třídy 10. Použité těsnění typu LLB má lehký kontakt, přitom stále účinně chrání vnitřní prostor, který je z 90 % vyplněn mazivem Mobil XHP 222 s vysokou odolností proti vodě.

Nerezová ocel 440C dosahuje nejvyšší pevnosti, tvrdosti a odolnosti proti opotřebení ze všech běžných nerezových slitin řady 440. Pro dosažení těchto vlastností prochází složitým tepelným a kryogenním zpracováním. Nerezová ložiska mají o přibližně 20 % nižší zatížitelnost než ocelová provedení z materiálu 52100, ale jsou ideální volbou do vlhkého prostředí, při častém mytí nebo tam, kde může docházet ke kontaktu s potem. Na ložiska Enduro z nerezové oceli se vztahuje dvouletá záruka proti korozi.

S6802 LLB - Stainless Steel Radial Bearing (C3 Clearance) - 15mm x 24mm x 5mm This radial bearing features 440C stainless steel alloy races and Grade 10 balls with dual-seals and 90% fill with Mobil XHP 222 high pressure water proof grease to withstand daily abuse of use and the elements. This size bearing is used primarily in hubs, square-taper BBs, pedals, and can be used as a pivot bearing though the MAX-type version of this bearing is better suited for suspension use. . Not all stainless steel is created equal. Enduro only uses 440C stainless steel balls and races to provide long life and superior corrosion resistance in applications and environments that may be less than ideal. 440C has the highest strength, hardness, and wear resistance of all the standard 440-series stainless alloys with high carbon content. As expected, it is also the most expensive of the 440 series alloys and requires multiple rounds of heat treatment and cryogenic treatment to achieve its superior mechanical properties. Though stainless steel has 20% less load capacity and is slightly softer than our standard 52100 chromium steel used in most of our bearings, stainless steel is an excellent alternative for use in wet conditions, if you wash your bike often, or where sweat can be a problem. Enduro stainless bearings all carry a full two year anti-corrosion warranty. The Enduro line of bearings are available in high-carbon chromium steel, 440C stainless steel, ceramic-hybrid and XD15 with ceramic or stainless balls. Our bearings are always engineered with deepest groove races possible to accommodate the largest balls and feature dual-lip seals that ride in a micro-groove creating a full labyrinth to provide superior protection against the elements.
